The risk of replacing your order and delivery expenses will be protected by shipping
insurance, giving you peace of mind! Each case will be audited to prevent fraud or
abuse before the order is replaced. Each order is subject to review before the
replacement is approved.
If your package is missing for more than 3 days after the delivery date, you can apply to
use your shipping insurance by filing a claim with us. You must include your order
number and tracking number and file a claim at email@example.com.
We will record a trace with Canada Post after we confirm your order and the tracking
If a trace is filed, an investigation will begin with Canada Post (which can take up to 5
business days to complete). If your package is located, it will be shipped to you. If it’s
considered missing or stolen, we will substitute your order.
Insurance will only cover shipments which do not meet their final destination and can be
verified through Canada Post as missing, stolen, or “in limbo.” All deliveries are shipped
to the exact address given by the customer(s) so the order is deemed delivered and
completed when the package is delivered by the postal worker.
You can no longer apply for the order until the shipment is shipped and confirmed.
Shipping insurance is single-use and refers only to the order in which it was bought.
For any future or previous orders, it cannot be rolled over or used. The fee of $9.99
is non-refundable and non-recurring. Insurance will only extend to orders that are NOT
placed at their specific address must be counted as missing for four business days after
the conclusion of the investigation by Canada Post. All packages are distributed via
Canada Post Express Post and takes approximately 2-5 days.
